Ground Traffic Control provides the most accessible real-time picture of fleet operations. With 24/7 access from any computer, tablet, or smartphone, GTC is the most robust web portal package on the market. All the power for tracking, reporting, and easy exporting of fleet data is included.

Beginning in October of 2015, I started a massive redesign of the Ground Traffic Control (GTC) platform. Starting from the ground up, I attacked the project by creating an entire system which focused on component-based design.

A full site overview began which covered branding, color schemes, font usage. Basic components were pulled from Angular and skinned with the new color scheme.

The above stickersheet was modeled from Google's Material Design, and distributed to my team.

The GTC platform is often used by dispatchers working directly in the field, and mechanics working in yards. A large focus was put on ensuring that all designs were responsive.

Data visualization & simple graphical interfaces were premiums of the redesign.
